At Enhancing Learning, we believe that effective leadership is essential in providing a clear vision and a sense of direction within any school. Successful leadership ensures prioritisation, focuses attention on what is important and does not let the organisation get diverted and sidetracked with initiatives that will have little impact on the outcomes of all pupils.
The most successful leaders will always place their own professional learning and development as a continual priority with regard to the use of their time.
Enhancing Learning has now returned to offering tailor-made, face-to-face leadership development for MATs, Teaching Hubs, families of schools, individual schools and leadership conferences.

Think Ahead - A leadership programme for newly appointed Head Teachers/Principals
Specifically designed for Head Teacher and Principals due to begin their first Headship in September 2024
This programme is tailored to address the unique challenges faced by newly appointed Head Teachers. We combine theory with real-world processes and tools , providing you with practical and actionable strategies.
STEPPING UP - A LEADERSHIP MASTERMIND FOR MIDDLE LEADERS
Specifically designed for current Middle Leaders, including Subject Leaders, Team Leaders, Phase Leaders and Department Heads
This programme has been designed to consider the ever changing role of the middle leader and their contribution within a highly effective school. The role of middle leader has changed beyond recognition and they are now expected to play a major role in effective and continual school improvement.
