Enhancing Learning Ltd is a small company which relies on the goodwill of its clients. If you need to cancel or re-schedule the above booking or any details need to be altered or revised, we would appreciate you notifying us as soon as possible. We will always try our best to reschedule a cancelled training session at no additional cost.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our invoices are due for settlement within 14 days.
  2. Final confirmation of numbers attending is needed a week before the event.
  3. Please notify us of any changes to the sent agenda as soon as possible. 
  4. If you cancel the above booking one month or less, prior to the event, we will charge you 20% of the agreed consultancy fee, as shown above.
  5. If you make a decision on the day of the training to shorten the session, the fee & expenses already quoted to you will remain the same.
  6. Any resources and powerpoint copies requested by you, are strictly for your use only and are not to be used outside your establishment. Making your own copies of any of these for use in your establishment is allowed, but we request that you respect the time and effort that goes into producing these.

GDPR Information

What   information is collected… 

Enhancing Learning Ltd collects names, email addresses, work phone numbers and work addresses.

  • The information is mainly collected  by the two company directors  and on rare occasions, where clarification and support may be needed, is shared with our company bookkeeper and accountant.
  • Data is collected following enquiries made via the company  web site or following emails sent to our office

The reason for retaining this information is so that our company can provide support to clients regarding training programmes/ professional development and requests for resources/advice or support in connection with the enquiry they have made.

 

How will it be used…

The contact information will only be used in connection with educational matters in order to support the clients (who have approached our company)

By using the contact information provided by the client, it is the aim of our company to provide an efficient professional service, which will result in the client feeling positive and supported throughout the process of their enquiry.

 

How long is data kept…

 

Enhancing Learning will destroy data (stored on the office computer)  following the conclusion of a training programme/event unless the client provides permission for our company to send the following…

  • company e-articles  (whereby they have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time they choose)
  • information (flyers emailed) regarding future training programmes we are offering in their region
